This product is widely used for the purification of toxic and harmful gases such as NOX, SO2, H2SO4, HCl, HF, SIF4, GrO3, CO2 HCN, etc. generated in mechanical processing industries such as chemical, electroplating, hardware, electrical appliances, medicine, printing and dyeing, telecommunications, and watches. Sodium hydroxide is used as the absorption and neutralization liquid, the solution concentration is 2-6%, the purification efficiency is above 98%, and the discharge port is <10PPM.
The acid mist waste gas is introduced into the acid mist absorber through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the waste gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted and absorbed and neutralized. After being purified, the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated and defogged by the demister plate and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down at the top of the tower, and finally refluxed to the bottom of the tower for recycling.
