The ferrosilicon furnace environmental protection system is an environmental protection equipment system for efficient purification of large amounts of flue gas, dust and harmful gases generated during the high-temperature smelting process of ferrosilicon electric furnaces (submerged arc furnaces). The flue gas emitted during the operation of the ferrosilicon furnace contains high-temperature dust (mainly SiO₂, Fe₂O₃), CO, silicon monoxide, trace fluorides and heavy metal particles. It has the characteristics of high temperature, high dust and high concentration, and has extremely high requirements for the processing capacity and material selection of the environmental protection system.
