The zeolite rotor + RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) waste gas treatment system is an efficient combined process for the treatment of large air volume and low concentration VOCs organic waste gas. The system is widely used in spraying, printing, automobile manufacturing, electronics, chemicals, coating, furniture and other industries.
The system consists of two parts:
Zeolite rotor concentration device: zeolite materials are used to adsorb VOCs in organic waste gas, and large air volume and low concentration waste gas are concentrated into small air volume and high concentration concentrated gas. The adsorbed zeolite rotor is regenerated by hot air, and the released high concentration VOCs waste gas is sent to the RTO system for further treatment.
RTO regenerative incinerator: The concentrated VOCs are oxidized and decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O through high temperature (usually above 800℃), and the heat in the high temperature flue gas is recovered by ceramic heat storage body to realize the recycling of heat energy and greatly reduce fuel consumption.
This combined process can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the operating cost. It is particularly suitable for treating low concentration organic waste gas with continuous emission.
