Coal gas desulfurization method
The sulfur in the generator gas comes from the coal used for gasification, mainly in the form of H,S. About 80% of the sulfur in the coal used for gasification is converted into H,S and enters the coal gas. If the sulfur content of the coal used for gasification is 1%, the H,S formed in the coal gas after gasification is about 2-3g/Nm?, and the sulfur content of coal gas required by industries such as ceramics and kaolin is 20-50mg/Nm'; if the H'S in the coal gas is completely converted into S0, it is about 2.6g/m3, which is much higher than the high emission concentration index of S0, stipulated by the state.
