The desulfurization waste liquid sent from the desulfurization system is first pumped into the raw material tank. After standing and separating for more than 12 hours, part of the entrained suspended sulfur and insoluble matter are precipitated at the bottom of the raw material tank (regular manual treatment). The desulfurization liquid is pumped into the decolorization kettle filled with activated carbon and equipped with a stirrer for decolorization by the raw material pump. The decolorization kettle is heated with a steam jacket (6-8 hours, 80-85℃). The decolorized phase is cooled by low-temperature water in the condenser cooler and enters the desulfurization underground tank. After decolorization, the desulfurization liquid is filtered through the filter and separated from the activated carbon. The filtrate enters the decolorization liquid tank, and the waste activated carbon is sent to the coal. The desulfurization liquid in the decolorization liquid tank is pumped into the evaporator by the decolorization liquid pump. The evaporator circulates and heats the desulfurization liquid through the external heater and the evaporator circulation pump. The vacuum pump system is started to maintain the vacuum degree in the onion evaporator at -0.090~-0.098MPa, and the wave position in the evaporator is maintained at 70%80%. After the steam from the top of the evaporator is cooled by low-temperature water in the evaporator condenser cooler, the condensate enters the vacuum tank. The liquid in the vacuum tank is regularly discharged into the desulfurization underground tank. When the liquid level in the evaporator no longer drops, stop feeding. Open the valve of the branch pipe of the circulating pump outlet pipe and pump the feed liquid into the 1# crystallization tank (through a hose). Start the agitator of the 1# crystallization tank, open the low-temperature water inlet valve, control the cooling rate of the crystallization tank, and cool it to 55-60℃. Open the bottom valve of the 1# crystallization tank and put the crystal wave into the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The solid is ammonium thiosulfate and ammonium sulfate. The liquid is pumped into the 2# crystallization tank by the vacuum system. Start the agitator of the 2# crystallization tank, open the low-temperature water inlet valve, control the cooling rate of the 2# crystallization tank, slowly cool the crystal liquid to about 25℃, open the bottom valve of the 2# product tank, and put the product liquid into the centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The solid is ammonium thiocyanate, and the liquid flows into the centrifugal liquid tank. Manually load the ammonium thiocyanate crystals into the dryer, open the vacuum pipe valve of the dryer, and dry the dryer with steam. After drying, the product is ammonium thiocyanate. When the centrifugal tank is full, pump it into the decolorizing tank.
